I am a Serial Entrepreneur, Author, Certified Life Coach & CEO and Founder of this event. I am so very passionate when it comes to bringing about change and unity within the African American community. It saddens me to see so much hate, so much hurt and brokenness among us. How do we even begin to take steps toward healing, when the focus seems to be more geared toward attacking our own fellow brothers and sisters? How can we change the dynamic of this toxic behavior?
We must start somewhere. This will not be a onetime event, but a MOVEMENT!! Please join us on Sunday, August 15th, 2021 to join the fight for change.

Ivey Nicole Smith is the owner of My Skin Is In, LLC. She created this company for every shy, timid emerging woman that is trying to learn how to embrace her beauty and conquer confidence but conflicted with the images in society that contradict what she sees in the mirror. Ivey is a graduate of Hampton University and current resident of Chicago, IL.
Kevin Williams is a Musician, Father, Husband and Co-Founder of Love, Faith & Family with his beautiful Wife, Erica Williams! Together, they aspire to create stronger family foundations through coaching.
Erica Williams is a Business Coach, Entrepreneur and Co-Creator of Love, Faith & Family. She is the Founder of Erica Ministries Inc., a nonprofit organization that is driven to empower women to live their best lives, promote building healthy relationships to help restore the family structure back to God's design.

PhD. Candidate Cal Carothers is currently studying Organizational Leadership and Business Psychology at Concordia University Chicago. She has a Master's in Business/ Human Administration and a Bachelor of Art In Education and Business from the University of Kansas.
Doney L. Maxey II is a father first. He works as a Systems Technologist at Motorola Solutions where he works to support First Responders (Police, Fire, County Sheriff, and 911 dispatch) radio and dispatch systems. He has a B.S. in Telecommunications Management and a Master’s in Adult Education and Training. He has volunteered with Congressman Danny Davis via Motorola Solutions Foundations and is on the leadership team for Motorola’s Black Inclusion & Diversity Organization. He believes that the youth is the key to the success of all Black and African-American People.
Nicolia “FLY” Kelly is an Activation Coach & speaker igniting Divine purpose in Brown women by helping them identify co-dependent achievement narratives, shifting them to a place of rest that is fueled by God’s eternal opinion of them. She is the founder of the Flaunt Your FLY! community, championing “The Rested Daughter” movement. Her signature topics include: •Authenticity, Transparency, & Vulnerability •Sisterhood •Emotional Rest •Co-Dependent Achievement Identity & •Achievement Slavery

Marie Green is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. She began her path at a young age, being raised by a single Mom who was an addict. This inspired her to help others with similar backgrounds as her. Her passion is to advocate and support the mental health of the communities that she serves.
Natalie Birdsong is an Master Hair Weave Artist and Educator, Natalie B., brings over 12 years of experience, education, and advanced skill level to the world of hair extensions. Known for her FLAWLESS Versatile Sew-in Hair Weave technique, she also offers unique services like The Magic-Part Sew-In, and Seamless Microlink Hair Extensions.

He is the author of the affirmation series “Say it Until You Mean It” a collection of thoughts and affirmations. His projects are a true testament to the authenticity of his unique personality, style and sound.

My comedy style is a mix between anecdotes and storytelling.
After the death of my brother and some very close friends, depression found me. Although I didn’t know what it was initially, what ultimately helped me was being on stage. I discovered that laughter helps people on the other side.
While performing I met a guy who told me, “I was going to kill myself after your show. I changed my mind when you said, “Make some noise if you’re glad to be alive”. He said he clapped with everyone else. He told me that he changed his mind because of my show. Five years after that show, he brought his daughters to one of my shows. He sent one of his daughters over to tell me that I saved his life. This man told me his story. He was going to do it [commit suicide] with pills in ice cream. I did an entire year of shows based on it.
I’m real and raw. No filter. It’s time to elevate.
